I am a birth & postpartum doula. In birth, I see my role as an unconditional, non-judgmental birth companion. I am there to support and encourage birthing people and recognize their power.
In my postpartum work, I seek to do something similar. I am there to support and affirm new families. On a practical level I help with infant care, light housework, food preparation and making sure the family can rest.
I have no agenda when I work with clients, their birth should be on their terms. I come open and ready to listen.
